About the Retreat & Lodging

This exclusive 5 day event will build your skills and knowledge, as well as our aerial community <3 by working alongside fellow lovers of flight with expert coaches who have extensive teaching and performance experience. Courses offer unique pole & aerial training, along with an emphasis on self-care for when you’re out of the air.

Every course and instructor is devoted to providing attendees with focused time and attention, so space is limited to ensure everyone gets the best experience.

Registration includes 4 nights & 5 days at a beautiful Texas hill country ranch for an immersive getaway. Bed and bedroom options vary (from your own bed in a large bunkhouse, to sharing a big bed in your own room with a friend).  If you have a friend or 3 you would like to sign up and bunk with, please let us know :)  For a small fee you can reserve a particular room setup with friend(s), otherwise we will do the best we can to help coordinate rooms!  If not reserved, we will be reaching out to people in the order of retreat sign up to solidify sleeping arrangements.

Should *I* sign up?

This retreat is designed for aerial enthusiasts and practicing polers so we recommend prior experience in at least one apparatus. We want to help each attendee grow their skills as well as overall grow our community. Come ready to learn, explore, hang out with fellow polers and aerialists, and make new friends along the way!

Courses will vary in levels from beginner to advanced. All prerequisites will be listed in each course description. Have a question about pre-reqs? Contact the organizers to learn more.

How much and what all do I get?

Come join us!  For $1200 you get the full retreat which includes: (check below for a discounted 1/2 retreat option)

• 5 days, 4 nights
• Daily delicious meals and snacks
• 4 workshops of your choosing
• All of the classes

Overnight retreat attendees get a discount on additional workshops and photoshoots (beyond those included), as well as fun group activities!*

If you convince a friend to sign up for the retreat, let us know before they sign up!  You can get a *free* workshop for referrals, but don't wait too long - these spots are limited!

If you are unable to join us overnight for the retreat you are still, of course, welcome to come for a day and participate in workshops and photoshoots!

Those not attending the full retreat (“visitors”) can still jump in for some fun!

Partial Retreat Option

Want to come play and hang but don't have the cash or time off to make the whole retreat? We want to make sure you can come too, so we're now offering options for attending half of the retreat!

Details:

• $720 for 2 nights, 2 workshops, and ALL meals, classes, and activities for the 3 full days surrounding it!
• You can do Weds/Thurs/Fri or Fri/Sat/Sun, plese let us know which you prefer :)
• When purchasing your ticket, purchase the 'Partial Week Retreat Deposit' option

Payment Plans

It only costs $150 to secure your spot for the retreat!  A Fly Unfeathered staff member will reach out to you after your registration to develop a payment plan that works best for you!  If you do not choose a payment plan , full payment must be received a week after you register or you may lose your spot.
